Our table policies

  • Our policies are set up to make sure plenty of folks get a chance to sit and play at our tables. 

    Tables can be reserved online or in store.

    You can reserve tables up to 3 weeks out.

    Tables are reserved by hourly time slots.

    When you reserve in store, your reservation starts at the next full available hour.

    • EXAMPLE: If you walk in at 5:15pm and you want to reserve an open table till 8pm, you’d only pay for 6-8pm

  • If you need to arrive late to your table reservation, we have a 20 minute grace period before we will have to cancel your reservation and make the table available for other customers.

    We recommend arriving early to find parking and make any food, drink, and game preparations before your reservation starts.

  • If you’ve rented a table, you are welcome to use the games, TTRPG books, terrain/boards/mats, and dice from our free libraries. You can also bring any games from home and play them at your reserved table.

  • If you want to add on time to your reservation while in store, please check with a staff member before your reservation time is up. 

    Depending on availability, we can help you extend the rental at your current table, or help you move your game to an available table.

  • Parties must leave the table when their reservation time is up.

    We’ll do our best to give you a warning 10-15 minutes before your rental expires.

    Repeated violations of this policy may result in you no longer being able to rent our tables.

  • If you’re playing a game you’ve brought from home, it’s best to give yourself enough time to put it away or at least remove it from the table by the end of your time.

    If you’re playing a game from our library, we appreciate you putting it away if you finish early. Otherwise, we’ll put it away for you.

  • If your entire party needs to step out in the middle of your table reservation to pick up food, etc., we’ll hold your table for up to 20 minutes.

    If you’re gone for more than 20 minutes we’ll have to cancel the reservation and open up the table for other customers.

  • We only provide full refunds if cancellations are made within 72 hours of your table reservation.

Our store policies

  • We take card, Apple Pay, Google Pay — all of which are preferred over cash, but we do take cash if needed. We do not take checks.

  • We only allow outside food from our immediate neighbors (Hall’s, Barrio’s, Roxy’s, Nazo, The Collective, and R&J).

    We don’t allow outside beverages.

    PLEASE avoid super messy foods. Only ice cream in cups, not cones. And please use the napkins and moist towelettes we provide at the tables as you’re playing.

  • All sales are final.

  • No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.

    Since we sell food, we do not allow pets in the store, except for service animals. If you have a service animal, they must be wearing their vest.

    We do not allow smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco products.

  • Anyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    Parents and guardians are required to ensure their children are following our store policies, or we reserve the right to refuse service or remove you from the shop.

  • If you break a product, you buy it. This includes any mishandling of product that would be a biohazard, like putting dice in your mouth.

  • We’re both a smaller space, as well as family friendly.

    Please remember to make your volume and conversation something suitable for a space shared with folks of all ages.

    We will not tolerate hate speech or disturbing behavior of any kind. If this policy is violated, we have the right to remove you from our shop and refuse service with no refunds to any time you’ve paid for.

  • For a mid-date night primp, or a quick pit cover-up, we want everyone to feel their best while playing games in our shop.

    We’ll provide a hygiene station in our restroom hallway, free of charge. It will include toiletries like:

    • Spray deodorant

    • Floss picks

    • Moist towelettes

    • Mini mouthwash

    • Tampons + pads

    • Stain removal pens

    Please use with others in mind, and don’t take more than you need.

    If your hygiene is in a state that disturbs other customers, we reserve the right to refuse service and remove you from the premises.

  • We do not support the use of AI-generated art, games, or any other products. We try our best to make sure none make it through to our shelves, but if you find anything you’re concerned about or know is AI-generated, please let us know and we’ll take care of it.

  • We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
